I only played the game once years ago and logged in. I incorrectly bought a lot of the stuff from the pages directly instead of through the 'store' which has bundle deals.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING WITH GEMS STRAIGHT UP. GO TO THE "EMPORIUM" WHEN PRESSING "ESC" TO BUY EVERYTHING. Annoying "dark patterns" that do not give you the best deals on the same pages...
Hopefully I can get a refund on the gems but I'm doubtful.

You're going to want to buy the "Etheria Essentials Pack" which has all heroes, max out bags, one bank vault, material vault, shard vault, and four hero slots.
Guess who individually bought everything raw and went through 30k gems to not even get all that when it could be 8.625 gems......... Kinda gross.
Also not able to repurchase anything... rip

Yeah gg, wasted $20. Best of luck to everyone else. Lots of previous reviews on Steam suggest that the company's been pretty greedy and monetizing like crazy. I won't be supporting Chromatic Games for not even attempting to help. Just lazy ass AI chatbot support is so lame. Carried by their legacy Dungeon Defenders 1 smh
