I think I paid $5 - 11% rebate @ Menard's for a two-pack (diff brand), which also had flexible necks on them.
They work really really well. They also emit a high pitched buzzing (arc) that some find very irritating.

Not as good as the 2 for $5 deal on a similar product back in April. The "arc" is narrow and not like an open flame, so while use cases are similar, the technique might differ. I use this for lighting greasy paper to act as a firestarter for charcoal.
