I have this. For the money, it's a great starter box, but if you plan to grow, there are better options for a little more.
Pros:
-Made in the USA (ish)
-Build quality is DIY-grade, but reasonable.
-Largely assembled
-Pretty much the best storage-to-price ratio you can get
Cons:
-Cost cut version of the already entry-level 1000 series with weak 30lb drawer slides and possibly thinner sheet metal.
-No drawer liners
-Only the top box locks, and requires a bar placed through the front to do so.
-Small footprint with limited expandability vs other options.

I have this. For the money, it's a great starter box, but if you plan to grow, there are better options for a little more.
Pros:
-Made in the USA (ish)
-Build quality is DIY-grade, but reasonable.
-Largely assembled
-Pretty much the best storage-to-price ratio you can get
Cons:
-Cost cut version of the already entry-level 1000 series with weak 30lb drawer slides and possibly thinner sheet metal.
-No drawer liners
-Only the top box locks, and requires a bar placed through the front to do so.
-Small footprint with limited expandability vs other options.

I've had mine for many years and serves well. Steel is a bit thin but perfectly adequate for us weekend warriors. Excellent price to boot!

I picked up a variant of this tool chest in 2018 that was rated for 50lbs per shelf. Think I paid around $120 before discounts but for today's prices, this isn't too bad. It's still trucking along other than grit in all the slides and surface rust, still fits most of my needs but too cheap to upgrade.

Have had this for a few years now. I paid $100 at the time and for that price i'm happy; not sure i'd be happy at 50% more tbh. I say that because i bought it as a starter box until i was ready to commit to a big boy and 150 is a bit more than id want to spend on a temp.

I started with this guy as a new homeowner. Ungraded to the larger 2000 series and for the money they are great boxes.
Although don't expect ICON, US General or even 2000 series craftsman quality but for DIY storage it's a winner. Almost wish I never upgraded- sometimes less is more

I have this in my garage. It's a nice option for the price. Casters on the bottom let me move it around. In the top drawers I fit screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers. In the drawers of the lower cabinet I can fit power tools like a drill and driver, as well as bicycle tools and extra parts.

The very bottom garage cabinet is the one I found least useful organization wise but I keep a can of paint that matches my outside trim, some roller blades, and a butane torch.

It's a handy cart and if you're using for a place you need to often move the tools around this is useful.
