This type of adjuster drives me NUTS. It won't be as bad on a flexible band like this, but I got a stainless braided band with this same clasp, and it is USELESS to me. My wrist will change size noticeably throughout the day due to the wild temp swings around here, and a top adjusting clasp just means I lift it and change the size. With this type of clasp, I'd have to take the watch off to readjust it, or at least release it and slide it all the way loose to get to the adjuster, and if I don't get the right size on the first try, I have to try again.

And flexible or not, if you get it firmly tight in AC and you go outside in the heat, it can get annoyingly tight.

Hard pass for me.
