If you're taking creatine for physical benefits, that won't happen without a consistent and well-designed exercise routine as well as proper nutrition and adequate sleep/recovery.
If you're taking it for the cognitive benefits, studies now suggest upwards of 10g per serving.

Here's what you probably don't notice because it's slow but cumulative, and there's lots of research behind it with more being done.
You shouldn't lose muscle mass where you might otherwise (harder to define unless you're in a controlled study and inactive), but it also contributes to cognition. They're often talking about larger doses, but whatever your muscles don't use, your brain will. Evidence is showing it even improves those with dementia.
Of course there are many that can't be helped even if they were to use 50g a day. Those with an 80-90 IQ are not going to 120+
Go look at Supp.co for independent assessments. I believe it's rated 9.x out of 10. Creatine is not some new, hard to mfg supplement, and this is absolutely worth the price.
Fancy and expensive marketing with manufactured "exclusivity" is a well known game.
I converted to this myself..... Good deal...
