I have to agree. Unreliable system. The moment my free subscription stopped, basic functions stopped working. When I renewed, everything suddenly worked again. Will not be surprised when I get notified of a class action lawsuit against them.

i was unable to cancel subscription... customer service support only reachable through email, all phone numbers defunct would only respond to email once a month. and when they did , they would direct me to a link in myarlo app to cancel subscription and that link did not exist... had to file dispute with credit company to cancel reoccurring payment... there will be class action
