It makes it difficult to tell which version you will be getting, and I'm assuming that at the very least this would be the oldest version they are trying to liquidate inventory of.
What else is needed to make it a UPS/battery backup for a server/network rack

Sounds like you're getting in over your head with questions like that.
4800Ah is even wishful thinking, so actual usable Wh is more realistically in the neighborhood of 4000Wh.
The marketing giveth, the reality taketh away.
