Applebee's all you can eat deal is a dine in feast built around boneless wings, riblets, shrimp, and fries, with the best value coming from pacing refills and ordering the next round as soon as the plate lands. The shrimp can be a lighter way to start, and sauce can be requested on the side. The main drawbacks are heavy breading, riblets with lots of bones, and slow refill timing that can stretch to about 30 minutes. Some locations may not honor the offer, so it works best when the participating store and the wait are both acceptable.

  • The riblets and wings can be very filling for some diners, which can make the all-you-can-eat price feel worthwhile.

  • The shrimp orders can be relatively manageable in portion size, and a planned order sequence can help keep the wait doable.

  • The dine-in setup can allow wing sauce to be requested on the side when ordering online shows a no-sauce option.

  • Riblets can be extremely bone-heavy, and the heavy breading can limit how many servings can be eaten.

  • Some locations may not honor the all-you-can-eat offer, and diners may be refused additional items.

  • Service timing can slow down refills, and waiting around 30 minutes for the next serving can reduce the all-you-can-eat experience.

  • Some diners can be removed from the deal after staying for hours without ordering beyond the all-you-can-eat items.

Maybe it was just the location I went to but I got this deal and the food did not taste that good, the riblets were awful because of all the bones it had.

Never understood why this meal is popular every year....when year round practically everyone in the country who doesn't live in a rural area has a generic American-Chinese buffet spot (you know the kind I'm talking about, even though they have a different name in every city) they can hit up with all of these things and much, much more for $15-20. Heck, I live in small town suburbia and my town has two of such places.
do they serve the same riblets? if so then we can compare

do they separate the chicken wing sauce? I like mine dry and then dipped in the sauce myself.
Im sure you can call and find out and even narrow it down to your local one

got it this afternoon for Father's day and we ate so much. I asked my teenagers if we can out eat the equivalent price of wingstop or buffalo wild wings. they said we did. I got a couple of gift cards to throw down on this and it was worth it for us. We all took a nap afterwards.

Be advised to place your +1 order immediately when the plate hits the table. Otherwise you'll be waiting 30mins for the next serving. I'm sure the slow service is intentional to discourage refills.
Or you're not the only person at the restaurant, and other orders need to be made and people that haven't been served are kinda a priority to some fatass eating all he can eat. Don't forget to tip your waitress.
