If you have had or were a household member in the last 18 months you will not get the credit. Doesn't matter if you use a different email, phone number, or alias. They take your I.D. before they give you a card. The only way I was ever able to circumvent this and not intentionally was moving to a different state and getting an I.D. there. The only modern way to cut this time down is to spouse swap memberships and not add the other person as a household member, you'd still have a 6 months in-between time of getting the bonus or whatever Groupon is offering.

You can always cancel your membership and get your money back, but you'll probably be banned at some point for doing so.

PSA, there is an active Amex offer of 10 off 50 at Groupon. Might as well use it for the $65 option to optimize the discount.

Groupon, on he verge of bankruptcy according to several sources, has decided to 'rebrand itself as an AI-centric company'. To that end (and to appease shareholders) they fired 400 people, replacing them with AI garbage.

Good deal or not, I don't support companies who do that.

I used this or similar Groupon deal last year around this time. Does anyone know what if any deal may be available for "repeat/returning" members? This says New Members only...I guess one could use a . in a gmail address for a new one? But I dont want that, just want a similar or SOME deal on returning members. Anyone?

If you have had or were a household member in the last 18 months you will not get the credit. Doesn't matter if you use a different email, phone number, or alias. They take your I.D. before they give you a card. The only way I was ever able to circumvent this and not intentionally was moving to a different state and getting an I.D. there. The only modern way to cut this time down is to spouse swap memberships and not add the other person as a household member, you'd still have a 6 months in-between time of getting the bonus or whatever Groupon is offering.

You can always cancel your membership and get your money back, but you'll probably be banned at some point for doing so.

This is not even close to the last year deal. That was about 100 off from 200 online order + 50 gc for executive membership. Sad.

cant we add the second person after a few days of the membership allotment to the primary even though the secondary was holding the membership earlier?
