There was actually one more pm for $1250 but Amazon immediately canceled my order "to protect our customers" (: They asked for some verifications before I can place another order but by that time it was gone. Luckily even better price mistake appeared later. And I also like this color better.
Also got 13" for $899 from earlier pm, but I like 15" way more.

Definitely Worth rolling the "mixed inventory" dice Imo I got the starlight same specs for $1250 the other week worked out perfect. This is even slicker but I have come to prefer the starlight color actually

Yeah there's bad Amazon experiences but this is a crazy sale for those that got in on it

I received my $1249 one two weeks ago… and then I received an $1149 one and returned the first one lol. Fantastic bargain at $550 off of a beast of a machine! The 15" Air design is like the most perfect MacBook Pro I wanted throughout the dark latter 2010s but with today's incredible Apple silicon.

I ordered one one of the previous times this deal was posted. Ordered 6/8, received 6/11. This deal is somewhat YMMV - it wouldn't ship to my house in NC so I had to ship to my brothers house in TX. As another user noted, Apple plans to raise their prices on items in the near future due to component price increases, primarily ram, so would hop on this if it's available.
