There is no competent rider in existence that would refer to a flat whilst off road as an emergency

Roadside or trailside repairs are often called emergency repairs in the cycling community. For example, from Bicycling Magazine:
"Mini pumps are commonly carried by riders for emergency flat fixes on the road or trail."

All comments about flats but it's common for experience riders to change tire pressure for conditions or terrain

Product title says "Suitable for Motorcycle" but the fine print says "WARNING: FOR BICYCLE USE ONLY"???
I had a flat and used this to pump my car tire back up so I was able to get to the tire shop.

It worked fine, but took like 15 mins. I would never use it for a car tire unless I had to. Point being.. it works.

My human powered tiny little lightweight compact minipump is a pain to use, but it's only for emergencies and gets the job done on the very rare occasions when I need it to. I couldn't imagine carrying something this big and heavy and having to worry about whether its charged or not.
C02 inflator + 2 - 3 extra cartridges. Perfect middle ground.

I have every Fanttik pump. This is great, but way too big to carry on a bike, unless you have the room and can deal with the weight. Fanttik is a great name. The new Dyson. This pump is $20 (open box) currently on eBay. The X10 Ace Mini and Tiny are the best bike pumps for bike carry and have the largest batteries of all the minis.
