spend the extra and get the xl with digital controls. sometimes you can find it on sale. set it to 350 and you become a perfect chef. edge to edge temperature precision. nothing sticks and nothing burns, even straight cheese to surface.

the 20" GR101 for $150 looks like a good buy. What do you think? I was hoping to have it down to $130 range.
