The listing indicates that this charger supports PPS.
To keep it simple, when charging high drain devices like laptops, normally the maximum wattage is the main thing to look at. For your typical phone or tablet that supports 20W+ charging, the inclusion of PPS is the feature you want. PPS allows the device to request non-standard voltage and amperage. That way the device can make micro adjustments to balance charging speed with the amount of heat being generated. Too much heat is bad.
Think of it like the total wattage is the size of the pizza, and PPS lets you specify the size of each slice.
Belkin's compact 45W USB C charger stands out for its tiny foldable design, making it easy to toss in a suitcase or travel bag. It supports PPS and 20V output, which fits phones, tablets, and even some laptops, and the 2 pack adds two 1 meter cables in black or white. The charger is also described as staying cool and feeling solid, with thermal protection, a fire resistant case, and surge protection. The main caveat is confusion over the exact PPS and Super Fast Charging 2.0 behavior, so cable choice and device compatibility may matter.
Travelers packing a compact wall charger, because it is remarkably small for 45W and the folding prongs make it easy to throw in a suitcase.
Samsung owners expecting Super Fast Charging 2.0 without checking cables, because a poor USB-C cable can bottleneck charging and some devices may top out at 25W.
Buyers who want a charger with a clearly verified certification trail, because the product is no longer showing on Belkin's website and certification concerns were raised.
Yes, it is repeatedly described as unusually small for a 45W charger, with folding prongs that make it easy to pack. Several comments specifically call it a good suitcase or travel charger.
Yes, it supports PPS and can do Samsung Super Fast Charging 2.0 when paired with a suitable USB-C cable. The charger is also described as 45W with PPS 3.1, which is the feature that helps compatible phones and tablets adjust voltage/current for faster, cooler charging.
The 2-pack works out to about $13 per charger and includes two USB-C cables. The cables are listed as 1 meter, or about 3.3 feet, and the bundle is available in black and white.
Yes, it outputs 20V at 2.25A, so it can handle devices that require 20V rather than only 15V. It is also called sufficient for Dell laptops, with UL or ETL certification recommended for long-term use above 30W.
Yes, it is described as one of the smallest chargers that does 12V. That matters for devices that need 12V charging, since many chargers skip that voltage unless the device uses PPS.

This is one of the smallest form factors in a 45w charger I've seen, esp with folding prongs and PPS 3.1 (which in Samsung, should support Super Fast Charging 2.0)... let alone a decent brand name like Belkin and only $13. I noticed UGREEN has a similar model (better looking, actually) but it's $18, which is almost 40% more. I've got so many effen chargers, but given the size and price, I ended up buying this one, as well.
One other side note; I noticed it uses thermal protection, has a fire resistant case, and even integrates its own surge protection.

The UGreen is a bit smaller, but I went with the Belkin because I am cheap, and a fraction of an inch isn't going to make much difference in my life.
