Community Reviews
The HD03 comes across as a small clip on light that punches above its size, with strong visibility, RGB fun, and practical everyday use for work, dog walking, biking, and night runs. The build feels solid, the battery life is praised as surprisingly good, and the lockout plus two separate bright LED modes add real utility. The main drawbacks are that it does not remember the last setting and the power button can be pressed accidentally in a pocket or bag, which can drain the battery. A compact, capable light with a playful side.
Parents or kids using a playful everyday light, because it offers easy or complex controls, RGB modes, and a fun feel without sacrificing usefulness.
Dog walkers and night cyclists who want a tiny clip-on light, because it has strong visibility, long battery life, and a lock to prevent pocket activation.
Workers needing a dependable pocket light for daily use, because it has held up through months of work and family abuse with surprising battery life.
Clip-on users who want a compact utility light, because it is solid for clipping on and gives bright output in a very small form factor.
Buyers expecting a simple one-button experience, because the control scheme can be easy or complex and RGB cycling may take repeated presses.
Kids or pocket carriers who need a light that stays off until intentionally used, because the power button can be pressed accidentally and drain the battery.
People who want the light to remember its last mode, because it does not retain the previous setting after being turned off.

One downside: they don't remember their setting. So if you cycle to get "pretty rainbow" and turn it off you then have to press 10 times again. Which kids can't do themselves.

edit - fwiw - the link is just taking me to the Amazon "sorry we can't find it" page.
