Be aware that there is no local multiplayer for Turok 2. Guess the N64 had more processing power than the Switch...

So weird. Go to Amazon.com and shows 29.99 still. Click on the link and it's 14.99. Oh well, ordered it up. Even if I get like 2 hours of fun, that's worth $15

Do these hold up well for someone who's never played them or are the mostly a nostalgia buy?

I don't think they hold up great, but still better than a lot of games form that era. I think they're worth it at $15. The controls and everything feel fine, but they just don't hold up as well as the boomer shooters from that era.

Oddly the seller if you search is for a third party. But if you click other sellers Amazon has it for $15.

As someone who played these back on the N64 and the remaster, I'd say Turok 1 and 2 are worth the $15 for the classic FPS action. Turok 3 is pretty bad -- it's nowhere near as satisfying as the first two.

Also a general PSA to save often. The PS5 version softlocked on me about five times. Haven't heard if the Switch version has the same problem.

I recently played Turok 2 on PC and had a blast. But then again, I had and played it on N64 as well.

100% worth it! They even patched it not long ago for some enhancements.
Switch 2 runs this in docked mode making it even better on the go.

So each person needs their own copy? And an online subscription? Like if I want to play on my Switch and my son on his Switch.
