Amex [americanexpress.com] cashback rewards on some cards is offering a $13.99 statement credit after using your enrolled eligible card to make a single purchase of $13.99 or more online at
paramountplus.com by 10/27/2026. Limit of 3 statement credits (total of $41.97). ymmv

Found this offer on Amex Surpass. Sign into your account and check your "Amex Offers & Benefits" to see if you have it. Enroll your card and use that card to pay for your subscription.

The price of an ad-free plan is $13.99/month. There is also currently an offer from Paramount for .99 a month for the first two months. By signing up today, I'll be able to still get my three statement credits after the .99 offer ends in August. The Amex offer ends on 10/27, so you'll want to sign up in time for your third charge of $13.99 to happen by then.

I added this offer to my card about 2 months ago, and the card was charged twice so far... unfortunately, no credit has shown up and didn't receive confirmation email after each charge. Chatted with them and a case was opened about a week ago, but nothing happened so far. This is the first time the Paramount+ CB offer didn't work for me. All the previous ones were fine.

Did you doublecheck you used that card for payment? I know you probably did, but mentioned just in case. I've never not gotten my Amex cashback on something, hope you get it sorted.

Was the charge $13.99? They have a 99c signup promo right now for the first two months, and that won't count towards the Amex offer. That said, I did read elsewhere that some charges came in differently (from a different location) and did not get credited.

It was $13.99+tax (twice a month apart) and neither charge triggered the offer. I double-checked that the offer was under "added to cart" before signing up for service, and it was. So far the customer service hasn't been helpful. I'll have to follow up. This was on the authorized user's card, and since then I changed the card in the account to my main card, even though using the same offer multiple times in different cards in the family has not been a problem. I guess there's always a first... first time I'm having an issue with an Amex offer.

I too noticed the usually quick credit hasn't appeared in my account for the charges so far. In the terms, it says, "Please allow 90 days after 10/27/2026 for the statement credit(s) to be posted to the account."

The last promo applied relatively quickly for each payment, but perhaps this one may take a while.

I also got the year of free ad-free on a recent flight. You have to log on with your mileage credentials, then it opens up a redemption page. Once you get to that page, you can redeem it multiple times if you know the mileage plus numbers of your family members. The codes come by email a couple of days later. I managed to get three codes when I first saw the offer, but then when I logged on during the return flight, it no longer showed for me, but it did for the person next to me.

It happened to me too. There's no follow up from Amex I just take my loses and cancel the subscription

FYI, I finally got my credit. I restarted my Paramount Plus Premium subscription on June 14th, and on June 25th I received a full credit. Looks like it's just taking some time for the credit to apply to your account. It only took a day or two with previous promos, and the Disney Plus deal.
