Just a suggestion, eegorr? I'm an old IT guy. I would get rid of Norton. Bad deal on subscription cost and the heavy toll it takes on computer resources. I would just use Microsoft's "Windows security". Simply uninstall Norton (and cancel your subscription if you have any), and then check if Windows Security is properly enabled.
That way you can use Windows Security instead of Norton.

I'm an old IT guy, too. I never pay anything close to full price for Norton, and it has saved my butt several times over the last 3 or 4 decades. That's why I asked about the legitimacy of this website. I'd rather be safe than sorry.
Also, I'm using an Android tablet, so there's no real native protection.
Heads up if you live anywhere that is remotely hot. I received a package of these and it was a solid, completely melted blob. Candy in Bulk didn't care at all that I was not satisfied.
