I never ordered online frozen food from Walmart for pick up. Do they have freezer in storage room for online orders? Or they go get from the freezer when you show up?

I'm certain they have a dedicated freezer and refrigerator.

I did the $2 whole chicken mistake and they were all still frozen

The store pickup groceries are stored in dedicated fridges / freezers. The Walmart In-Home deliveries come in insulated vans and they use ice packs in totes to keep the items cold. The standard delivery, which requires a tip, is typically contracted through door dash or some other delivery service, and these items are not refrigerated during transport.

I've had a small Walmart Cash balance for years and can't figure out how to use Walmart Cash with another payment method. Is it possible?

Yes you can list it on order page for payment

Every time I've tried to apply it for an order that's over the very small Walmart Cash balance it doesn't let me apply an additional payment method, so I'm unable to use it.

Pro Tip: If an item at Walmart has a wall cash offer, it may also have a corresponding rebate offer on Ibotta (there are Ibotta rebates for these Tyson Chicken Items). I personally choose to use Ibotta so I could use their rebates to obtain gift cards for Best Buy, Instacart, etc., but you can only do one or the other... If you check the Walmart Cash button but also click the rebate for the same items on Ibotta, the Walmart Cash will go through only and the Ibotta offers will be canceled
