Even on the Coach website, this wallet doesn't cost $225. But looks like you are mostly paying for the Coach brand name. I still have my Top Grain Leather Buxton wallet (Passport style) that I got for free with JCPenney rewards. It lasted many years before I retired it for my modernist RFID blocking wallet that I also got for free. Love my current wallet, and would not go back to carrying a leather, back-pocket wallet.
