Tip: I also get the $7 insurance so if the leds go out, speaker goes fuzzy, battery stops in the next two years, I email them and they send a new one.

The thing is if you plan on leaving it plugged in, you'll ruin the battery sooner than you think. Which isn't out of the question since it's twice as loud plugged in.
I bought two though, because it uses standard LiFeP04 cells in blue shrink wrap that costs $20 to replace. Very easy to access as well if you're comfortable unscrewing the case.
Bottom line: if you plan on using this not plugged in for its life then buy it before it's sold out!

Ughhh. Decisions decisions.
And my 97 explorer speaker is dead cause the amp is SOL, and it is a pain in the butt to get to and repair. I will just strap this one in the back seat and call it a day.
