Williston audio on YouTube did a comparison vs the JBL partybox if you feel like looking for it. Just keep in mind the prices he paid for each (vs current pricing) during the review. The Onn is not as loud but also much cheaper
Anyone else experiencing intermittent popping sound? The two i got has this issue. Also one of the speaker I got, the volume light indicator doesn't work when the party light is off but the other one does!
Got one yesterday, it's pretty solid, ordered a second, should do well for outdoor events and it fits on the poles that I already have. I just wish it sent the mic audio to the paired speaker also.
Grabbed two and then looked up this post. Selling my 5 year old JBL Partybox 100 for $150 tomorrow (paid $120 on Marketplace) to offset the cost of both (~$150 after tax).

Can you confirm this? As far as I'm aware, I thought it could only connect a max of 2 together.
Can't confirm from personal experience, but online reviews have tested it (the one I read tried 8). They're limited to mono above 2 though. Speakers have to be same model.
I paid $109 for this thing and it's a great value at that price. Just picked up 2 more at this price. Keeping one to do stereo at home and donating one to the school I work at for car rider music.

Appreciate the link but it seems to be either old or incorrect information based on my experience. Based on the link itself, it seems each model has either TWS or Party Mode, not both. The fact that these do L-R Stereo, means they have TWS so I don't believe that Party Mode is possible with this hardware. Also, it mentions a Party Mode sync button, and these models do not have that button (my Onn Party Medium Gen 2 does have a sync button and no boost button).
Maybe there is a different variant of these Party Large Gen 2s but I'm not sure. I've had 2 of them since last summer and have never been able to connect more than 2. It always connects in stereo mode/TWS.
Maybe there's some button combination that I haven't tried but I'll be glad to be wrong if someone else can confirm personally that they were able to connect more than 2 together of this model.
Tradeoff: TWS is great for outdoor movies, stereo music. Mono would be preferred for karaoke/PA, large parties, multiple room/zones.

Anyone else experiencing intermittent popping sound? The two i got has this issue. *** Read its AC power connection or Bluetooth connection issue. Hasn't made a popping sound in a little bit so I might be ok with it. ***
Also one of the speaker I got, the volume light indicator does not work when the party light is off but the other one does! *** Found a second one that has the volume light indicator work when party light is off!!! Couldn't stand where one works but not the other. Much better now. (Returned the one that didn't work) ***

The white light in the center is too bright, is it possible to have the light effects on for everything except for the white light in the center of the speaker?

For $70 each they are an extremely slick deal. For all of the aforementioned reasons.
Btw - you can sync up as many as 100 speakers mono with this thing (has to be same model). WALL OF SOUND!!!
