This device uses 12v so struggles inflating flat or nearly flat tires compared to the larger m18 or Dewalt 20v. It's generally ok for topping off tires but takes a while, especially with larger tires like on trucks.

I have three of these and have been very impressed. I would not say it struggles. I'm sure there are faster versions available but this one does get the job done. (I intended this as a reply to a different comment--but it got submitted as its own post. Sorry for the confusion.)
