I had just bought a single one recently. Darn!
1 cup good quality unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup granulated sugar* (can be adjusted to change sweetness)

It's not chocolate, it's chocolate flavored syrup. Which has always been made with cocoa, not chocolate. The cans from the 1950s say 'genuine chocolate flavor". Yeah, there are problems with cheapening chocolate, but you're in the wrong thread and just making a fool of yourself.
