Same here, I should have known better and just ordered them for regular fulfillment. That would have been the smarter play.

Now here's the annoying part! No email from Amazon, just cancellations of the 2 orders. And since I dropped back to 4 remaining S&S orders, the system revised my other prices back up! How's that for customer service lol.

I messaged to customer service after the cancelation and they said to go ahead and order the same product again(for the "fixed" price). Once it arrives, they said contact support to get the difference paid as store credit.

Chat with customer service through app ( agent to the bot is the quickest way) explain that they cancelled items that are in stock ( for now higher prices). Rep was going to have me reorder and fix after placing the order but I did subscribe and save and it's kinda of difficult to do ( only charged when shipped) so when I mentioned that he counter $15 refund I countered $25 for what 3 would have cost and he immediately accepted. ( sometimes back to CC , sometimes a GIFT card) I could have pressed but 15 from Walmart already processed. Be careful with this and only use it when they fark shit up , if you buy frequently they don't really care . Most importantly take pictures and videos/screenshots of orders/ payment and any packages that get damaged etc . They don't usually ( about 20% of the time they do ) ask for some photos. Keep a record and all good

I did this too, but the rep and supervisor I reached out to after it was delivered were refusing to honor even with screenshots of promise. Gonna keep fighting them, did you have luck?

Try to do a return/ threaten a CC dispute and let them know you have screenshots on Amazon rep saying they would honor the price. This is why everyone should screen record all chats and orders with details . Reps will not give credit sometimes and you have to follow up and they are starting to pull a TracFone and just straight up lie to customers
