The page says, "Made from food-grade 410 stainless steel, offering excellent rust and corrosion resistance." My understanding is that 410 is actually rather prone to rusting compared to 18/10 or 18/8.

Why anyone would want anodized flatware to eat off of is beyond me. It's literally a microscopic coating that scratches easily

probably because it looks fancy...until you use them.
FWIW, its the same for all the knives sets that are colored or even have patterns (basically) printed on them. I can only imagine they start to look horrible quickly but honestly anyone buying those probably wouldn't use them enough to notice.
