This Dunkin Zero Sugar Refreshers mix is mainly praised as a tasty, convenient way to get a caffeinated refresher at home, with the variety pack working well in seltzer for a cheap soda-like drink. The flavor gets described as delicious, surprisingly good, and better than plain water, with the sweetener blend seen as better than many sugar substitutes. The main knocks are that the flavors can feel average or sting the throat, and the caffeine is a drawback for anyone wanting a night drink. A solid low-cost alternative if you want the refresher taste without paying cafe prices.

  • The deal price makes the mix feel worth trying for some shoppers.

  • The variety pack tastes surprisingly good despite low expectations for Dunkin flavors.

  • The Singles to Go drink mix brand is described as among the better tasting packets.

  • The mix can be used to make a DIY sugar-free soda by stirring into seltzer.

Sucralose? More like sucragross. Artificial sweeteners are gonna be the death of us all.
Nothing wrong with them. FAR healthier than sugar.

I guess you don't believe in the negative effects of toxins and what it does to the body. You might as well breath exhaust gas fumes from your old muscle car since toxins means nothing.

MALTODEXTRIN deal breaker.
Sucralose is significantly worse than maltodextrin. Also not all maltodextrin is created equal, it often comes from different sources and they work very differently from each other, so maybe do some research on it sometime, there's actually really good versions of it out there, not saying that this one has that good version

What's everyone hate for stevia
It's because there's so many people who are ignorant and they don't understand the difference between natural and artificial, no joke I had a client who listened to some psycho Instagram influencer doctor person who was convinced Stevia was chemical and man-made, when it actually comes from a plant... it's because there's lots of social media influencers out there who think they are health experts when they have no clue what they're talking about

Just Google search sucralose health risks. There are several studies showing the harmful effects of the sweetener just in the last couple years alone. There's pubmed articles including a really good one from mind stream integrative website highlighting not just one risk but several risks. I can't recommend sucralose to anyone who is serious about improving their health.

Like almost everything context is important. If one is taking sucralose day in and day out everyday for ten years, then it absolutely will be bad for you. But most people are not going to chug these drinks three times a day daily for years -- at least I hope not. If they are, your warnings are apt. But hopefully, for most people it's for occasional use in the summer. Those of us who are trying to lose weight sugar is far worse.

Of course, best option is to just drink water or natural unsweetened beverage like tea. But the premise here is one wants to consume some artificial beverage. And given that premise having one with sucralose and stevia is a comparatively better option. There is no artificial snack or drink that is good for you. But within a multitude of bad choices some are relatively less bad. And most importantly, moderation is key.

Just Google searching doesn't get you the truth, only headlines. Studies linking artificial sweeteners to cancer were done on mice and equated to a human consuming over 100 cans of a diet beverage a day. Anything in extreme quantities is going to have bad impacts... do better "research" than a quick google search

This product contains sucralose, which is more dangerous than consuming normal sugar. I wouldn't eat this
