This heavy-duty Milwaukee Convertible Hand Truck is an excellent choice for those who need to move large loads quickly and often. The truck has a 600-pound load capacity that ensures it won't buckle under the weight of your work. Milwaukee hand trucks can easily convert from a 2-wheel vertical hand truck to a 4-wheel platform cart in the horizontal position. This allows you to transport heavier or more awkwardly shaped loads. A flow back handle allows for one- or two-hand operation. Wheel guards are there to protect the load from getting damaged by the wheels.. Eight-inch puncture-proof tires never go flat, so you can keep your work moving. Four-inch swivel casters give the Milwaukee Convertible Hand Truck increased maneuverability in the horizontal position. This hand truck has a powder-coated finish and ships fully assembled. Nah they don't get in the way. I managed to move a fridge down some steps with this even though directions tell you its not for moving refrigerators. Decent pickup if you need it or not.
It always bothers me when a manufacturer part number can't be found on the manufacturer's web site. For whatever reason this is listed as a Milwaukee 35180, but it seems to be the 35080, and Walmart has just done some goofiness to have duplicate listings with different sellers. Also note this Milwaukee is not the hand tools / power tools company, but Gleason still makes good stuff in the USA.
These are great 'send your kid to college' gifts because they can fit in the back of a closet but are great for schlepping couches, dorm fridges, random large objects in and out of dorms and apartments.

I'll agree that this is a good hand truck from a quality manufacturer, but disagree about leaving this at college. I took mine in my small truck to move our daughter in, and it just takes up too much room unless you have a full size pickup (or a child with less stuff). That said, I bought a Harbor Freight folding hand truck to move her out last month, and it was perfect for $38. It also would be ideal for a cramped college room or apartment because it folds down quite nicely.
Incidentally, Milwaukee also makes a folding one, but the consensus is the HF one is better due to bigger wheels and a better locking mechanism.
