typically it is items sold and shipped by Amazon. Some PLASTIC gift cards may work (non Amazon cards). You can do a mock order, add $100 to your cart pre tax and use the minimum amount of points to get the offer. if it takes you'll see a $30 discount in your cart, otherwise you won't and you can just cancel out,
