If you want to use this without a subscription you need either the sync module 2 (USB storage) or sync module XR (micro SD). It will NOT have local storage available if you buy the sync module core version (this version).

Even with Sync Module 2 or XR the module is vastly under powered. constant system is busy if you trying to check other cameras too fast or getting a notification and want to check the camera. If you want to be able to do any of this in a decent speed you must get a sub which cost money.....
