Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 47mm LTE in Titanium Blue is drawing attention as a rugged Android smartwatch with a bright 1.47 inch AMOLED display, dual frequency GPS, LTE, and long battery claims. The strongest appeal is battery life, with reports ranging from about two days in regular use to rock solid multi day endurance, especially when always on display and GPS are off. The main caveats are that battery results vary with heavy activity, the watch is fairly heavy, and the 2025 model is seen as only a modest update over the 2024 version. Pricing also looks better through Samsung education or employee programs, where lower no trade in prices have been reported.

  • Samsung Watch Ultra pricing can be reduced further through Samsung education or EPP pricing, potentially lowering the cost without trade-in.

    gadgetNerdGhostGrayBolt

  • The deal price has dropped to about $357 with free shipping, which improves the overall checkout value.

    Neo45

  • Battery life can reach around two days when avoiding always-on display and skipping GPS run tracking.

    HRey13

  • Battery performance can be strong for some owners, with one experience describing it as great.

    rafaelmansilha9

  • Battery life can be poor under active gym or running use, with one report describing about one day of runtime.

    besi

  • After a recent update, the watch time reportedly stopped updating properly, raising concerns about update side effects.

    Robmoo

  • The watch reportedly cannot reverse wireless charge with a Galaxy phone, which limits charging flexibility.

    aquint5554

  • The 2025 model may feel like a near match to the 2024 version, which can reduce perceived upgrade value.

And yet that's impossible otherwise I wouldn't be using the GW Ultra from that deal. I know SD search sucks but its definitely been around that price a few times. You better start spelunking!

Maybe it's happened since I'm not on here every day and happy to be proven wrong. Quick search doesn't show a better deal but who knows there were lots of deals when they first came out. I personally bought for $320 but I had an employer discount through Samsung and was tracking for quite a while. $375 seems like an okay deal.

Beware! After the last update the time on my Ultra quit updating properly. I think that Samsung might be releasing "updates" that degrade the performances of this model to push people to buy the newer models.

You can get this from Samsung EDU/EPP for $195 without any trade in. It might be YMMV though.

See https://ibb.co/35nc7KwK. However, I ordered a tab S10 plus for $275 so the price is not staying the same when I checkout but I am pretty sure for someone who didn't order recently it should stay the same.

This was for Galaxy watch 8 classic which I thought this deal was for. Ultra is available for $322.50 from Samsung EPP, YMMV depending on your account

It's ok. I get about 2 days worth without always on display and no GPS usage to track runs.
