DDR5 RAM – DDR5-6000 CL30 32GB is the sweet spot for this platform (G.Skill Flare X5 or Corsair Vengeance)
GPU – 9800X3D has no iGPU so nothing will display without one
Case – needs to fit ATX
PSU – 750W+ 80+ Gold depending on what GPU you go with
Windows license if you need one

This bundle centers on a Ryzen 7 9800X3D platform with an ASUS TUF X870E board, Samsung 990 Pro 2TB SSD, and a Cooler Master 240mm all in one cooler, making it strongest for a fresh high end gaming build. The X3D chip is praised for not caring much about RAM speed, and the included SSD and brand new parts help offset the price. The main gap is RAM, and the CPU has no integrated graphics, so a graphics card, DDR5 memory, case, power supply, and Windows or Linux still need to be added. It is a cleaner fit for someone building around a new platform than for a nearly complete system.
Builders starting a new AM5 gaming rig, because the bundle covers the CPU, motherboard, SSD, and cooler while the platform is worth investing in when you do not already own AM4.
X3D gaming builders trying to trim memory costs, because the chip is less sensitive to RAM speed and can run well without chasing premium memory.
Gamers who need a fast 2TB SSD now, because the included Gen4 drive makes the bundle a solid buy when storage prices are still high.
First-time PC builders who need a complete tower in one box, because the bundle still requires a case, PSU, DDR5 RAM, a graphics card, and possibly Windows.
Builders comparing against bundles that include memory, because this package leaves out RAM and pushes you to source it separately.
Shoppers expecting a plug-and-play system, because the CPU has no integrated graphics and nothing will display until a separate GPU is installed.

And they'll charge you normal full price for a product which they previously discontinued because it was "obsolete", from which they had already recouped design and development costs.
