Outside of some gray area sources (e.g., Eneba), Apple GCs don't get discounted. Instead, retailers add their own gift cards (e.g., buy $100 Apple GC get $15 Best Buy GC). Another "discount" is paying them with a Target RedCard that takes 5% off from the GC value. That's about it.
