This WOLFBOX jump starter stands out for combining strong jump starting with 65W USB PD charging, making it useful for both cars and laptops. It is described as working well, holding charge for a long time, and handling back to back jumps with little battery drop. Build quality is praised as comparable to Noco, though the unit is also called huge. The promo code appears to apply only to the rose gold version, and the listed 6000 mAh capacity is at 14.8 volts.
People keeping a jump starter in a vehicle for long stretches, because it can hold charge for a long time and still start a dead battery after over a year.
Drivers who want a compact jump starter that can also power a laptop, because it supports 65W USB-PD and can properly power most laptops.
People who need to jump multiple vehicles in one outing, because it can jump two back-to-back starts with only about 8 percent battery drop.
Owners of diesel equipment or yard machinery, because it can handle a turbo diesel without a problem.
Shoppers who need a unit with clearly stated battery capacity, because the listing shows 6000 mAh rather than 24000 mAh.
People who need a jump starter that stays small in a glovebox or trunk, because it is huge.

Update: I had to back out of the checkout page after adding the coupon code and went back to the checkout page again in order to see the $60 discount.
