has anyone tried these before? i've been buying Ultima electrolytes powder lately and i like it but it's also expensive. this seemed like a much better price per serving than previous deals and low in general but tbh i don't really understand the core different difference between all these hydration powders.

I have not tried these flavors, but I have tried the orange cream and bomb pop and those are really good.

I stock up whenever there's a good deal on these. I think they taste really good. As far as effectiveness compared to other electrolyte powders, I can't say this is any better or worse. I don't notice a difference, but based on flavors, these are one of my favorites.

It's hard to argue with the price, but the quantity of electrolytes is much less compared to others. These have no sodium, 110mg potassium, 21mg magnesium. LMNT contains 1000mg sodium, 600mg potassium, 60mg magnesium. Liquid IV contains 500mg sodium, 380mg potassium, 0 magnesium.
I don't really know what the ideal blend is, but as a heavy sweater I prefer the high sodium content in LMNT.
I'll probably grab a pack of these simply because the price is hard to pass up. On days I don't go to the gym I think they'll be enough for me.

Note that the Hydrate version is basically a caffeine- and sugar-free sports drink, while the Energy version is caffeinated.
I haven't had this specific kind, but the ones I've had tasted pretty good, IMO.

I just tried them last weekend. I am not an expert in the chemical composition required by the body, but taste-wise, these are really gold. Stocking up now.

I have tried both PK Hydrate and energy. I typically rotate liquid IV and like 3 other types of powder depending on price. These PK hydrate seem just great, especially for the price. The PK energy have given me a headache a couple times. I am getting 3 boxes for this price

Only 80 mg of Caffeine in the energy ones. No Caffeine in the hydrate or focus. They taste OK and the hydrate ones are at least as good as any other electrolyte hydration drink with lower sodium which is a bonus. I personally have never seen any kind of benefit from the focus but that's just me.

Wow, this is really cheap. I grabbed 2 to be delivered soon and put 5 on S&S in case I really like them. I mean if you get them on subscribe and save, they're only 10 cents a piece. That is so freaking cheap. And they're more of an electrolyte mix than something like Gatorade. They have a little bit of magnesium and potassium too.

All true, but if you were going to go about making your own to save money. You need to have a good-tasting, cheap flavoring to add your minerals to. These at 10 cents a serving, and adding 10 more cents worth of Magnesium and Potassium gets you everything you want for 20 cents a serving. About 8 times cheaper than LMNT and Liquid IV.

I'm drinking the Energy Strawberry Watermelon one right now as my local supermarket carries this.
