I don't really know what the ideal blend is, but as a heavy sweater I prefer the high sodium content in LMNT.
I'll probably grab a pack of these simply because the price is hard to pass up. On days I don't go to the gym I think they'll be enough for me.
Community Reviews
Pure Kick Arctic Hydration is a cheap, flavored electrolyte mix that stands out for taste and convenience more than heavy-duty hydration. The variety pack gets praise for enjoyable flavors like orange cream, bomb pop, green apple, strawberry watermelon, and blue raspberry, and the Hydrate version is caffeine free and sugar free. The main drawback is that it is lighter on electrolytes than stronger sports mixes, with no sodium and only modest potassium and magnesium, so it feels more like a flavored top-up than a full workout replacement. It is a solid budget pick for everyday sipping or lighter use.

I haven't had this specific kind, but the ones I've had tasted pretty good, IMO.

So I took one of these after midnight a couple days. Did give me some boost of alertness energy for a bit. May try taking these before cardio exercise. and they do taste good. I wish the energy version had sale price too
