the case itself is excellent. they make some of the best bulky protective cases on the market, especially the defender series. but at $50 they're a bit pricy. BUUUUUUUUT, they offer unlimited replacements if yours breaks or wears out for 7 years, so they have that built into the price.

I bought two of these for my daughters' Pixels and they both started peeling. I thought to myself, surely they have a good warranty since their entire sales pitch is that they are rugged... Yeah... you have to pay $12 shipping for a replacement. I only paid like $5 for them in the first place and you want me to pay $12 to get a replacement for a crappy product?

it does. I have gotten multiple replacements over the yeaars for wear and tear. meaning the rubber loosens up and gets a sloppy fit. The second that happens I call in and get a new one

I bought on otterbox for my iphone 13 mini a while back. I did notice some parts seem to be peeling. Is that normal?

You can't use this with a magsafe charger right? Because you literally have to remove the otterbox each time if you want to use a magnetic charger?

Does it take you all a while to remove or put the otterbox in each time if you were to remove it or put the iphone in it? But that is to give it protection right? If you buy those cases where you just slip it easily and remove it from the back of the iphone, those cases don't offer that much protection right?
