Yes, I bought a similar model a couple years ago for around $100 from Costco, and it has served me well. This isn't a bad price in today's environment for a quality USB NVMe. This one isn't the fastest on the market, but the enclosures are well designed and hold up to some wear and tear.

Does anyone know if this speed is enough if your just transferring steam games back and forth? I see the Samsung T9 portable SSD for $180 that has read and write speeds at 2000 mbps. Seems like a better buy?

I own it and its a solid device. Given the fact Storage prices are crazy I would buy again if I needed.

I had got mine a few months ago for I guess a decent price and I really like it a lot. With how crazy these prices are getting on stuff like this I been checking daily for the best prices on this (or the 2TB) everywhere. Some reputable sites have it listed for well over $200.
