If you have the prior version(HDR/X).
Might not be worth the rebuy ime.
The transfer difference is minor imo.
The TMing quality of HDR on your player would make a bigger difference ime.

AQ wise maybe if you have a top notch setup you might hear a difference.
Especially since most don't use Dolbys optimal placement positions.

It is worth it to me because they fixed the weird pinkish hue on the original 4k disk. Drives me crazy, lol.
