The transfer difference is minor imo.
The TMing quality of HDR on your player would make a bigger difference ime.
AQ wise maybe if you have a top notch setup you might hear a difference.
Especially since most don't use Dolbys optimal placement positions.

They don't even mention this "pinkish hue" in this review.
They do mention the DV version has its own "issues".
