Different size, but *same* towel -- and as far as I can see it's for the *same* purpose. But I'm not a car nerd for sure, so tell me: how is it different?

Lately I've been using my leaf blower to clear most of the water off my car, then using 2 microfiber towels. One towel to soak up most of the water left behind and the other "drier" towel to get anything else. I think the hardest part of this big towel would be trying to keep it clean between uses due to it's large size

I have a different brand of these. I was a skeptic, well no more. you literally lay it over the hood, open, and drag it across, car is dry. I used a leaf blower on my new car but switched to this. the leaf blower takes a Lot longer, and I have a large Ryobi blower.

Too bad ppl complain about lint from this as mine leaves No lint.. ( i forgot the brand).

I have this as well several of the smaller CG towels. Lint is definitely an issue. The only CG towel I have not had an issue with lint is there megalondon towel. It worked very well, but I did source a very similar generic towel from an offshore website that works just as good at a fraction of the price.

Same, got a new leaf blower to hit 200 mph and then a few microfiber towels. I got a large one for the first pass, then a few smaller ones for the second pass.

GSM purposely not disclosed. Mostly likely these are thin and around 350GSM. Wish it was thicker.

These things attract a lot of lint, but you need to air dry them rather than throw them in the dryer to mitigate this.

Their towels/rags are not great. I've done the pre-wash with special microfiber soap and the dry, etc. They still leave behind lint. Even after several washes.

A lot of people saying they are using a leaf blower and still using microfiber towels after. One dude says his hits 200mph. Now idk what ones you're using but I use a Ego 615 leaf blower with a specialized rubber tip that wont scratch the paint, and my cars are always waxed etc and have no problems completing drying my cars in under 4 minutes each, completely dry, I don't need a towel afterwards. I'm just confused why these guys can't completely dry their cars with the blowers..
