FWIW, the Costco Kirkland freezer quart bags are still on sale for 3.8¢ per bag in-warehouse (or 4.6¢ per bag online).
These Amazon Basics ones are 4.7¢ per bag.
Either way, I'm just letting Costco members know about the current sale, especially for those who do not have an Amazon Prime membership.
I've heard you can shop at Costco without a membership if you use a Costco Shop card (i.e., Costco gift card). Or you can go as a guest of a Costco member
I actually don't know what happens if you just tell the greeter that you're a non-member and would like to use your Costco Shop Card. FWIW, Costco's official stance in written language [costco.com] is:
