Umm... it's adjustable? I have a massive noggin, and it fits me fine with some adjustability remaining.
I prefer the unstructured visor as it provides better cooling on really hot, sunny days--and it's easier to re-wet than the hat.

I wear mine in the pool, I wash it in the washing machine, and I wear it to run (sweat) and I've never had issues. It's designed to be drenched and worn to cool your head.

Is this waterproof like a melin hat?

Am I really supposed to believe that this hat somehow blocks the sun more than any other run-of-the-mill hat?

You can soak it in water before putting it on. It works great for theme parks or mowing.

I have Mission wide-brim hat. The material is different than most hats. It really does have a cooling affect when it is wet.
I've been wanting the baseball cap, but the regular price was higher than I wanted to pay. $17 is a decent price.

Soak the outside, freeze it, wear it while mowing... it's a mazing.

i managed to grab a similar crappy chinese hat for 99 cents on ali a few yrs ago. It's not bad. $17 is too much for any hat. I'll try to create a new acct on ali when i need more hats.

it's shallow top to bottom, so if you have a longer head it probably is "tight." I've ran with this hat for years and other than half of an m falling off it's been great

sounds like it is only good if getting the hat wet. If walking outside in the sun and the hat being dry sounds like the heat traps heat against your head and in that case would be better with the outdoor research swift cap, which is a great hat I have in multiple color
