I ordered mine about the time the deal went up on Sunday night, I've already received it and it was in new Sonos packaging and the bar itself looks brand new and works great…it said "Good" condition when I ordered but it's looks brand new to me

This reconditioned Sonos Arc deal stands out as a near new Dolby Atmos soundbar at a steep discount, with many units arriving sealed in original Sonos packaging and looking indistinguishable from new. The Arc is praised for clear dialogue, easy setup, and a big upgrade over TV speakers, especially in Sonos home theater setups with rears or a sub. The main caveat is that the Arc alone has limited bass and works best with eARC for full functionality. Packaging, included accessories, and the free wall mount coupon appear inconsistent, so the exact contents can vary.

  • The Arc may arrive missing documentation or accessories, including cases where power cords or manuals are not included.

    seventh_wonderPezcandyPezcandyPezcandy

  • The Arc can require a subwoofer for stronger bass, especially for music and dynamic movie listening.

    vwtoysDRockWilsonilumolazeekat

  • The reconditioned listing can be confusing because the unit may be a Walmart return rather than a true Sonos refurb.

    MX400ex72Gt7737

  • The Arc's setup and privacy prompts can be strict, including required Sonos account steps and permission requests for acoustic calibration.

Received mine today, it's not like new, it's brands spanking new in retail sealed box with seals intact. The only difference between this Arc and retail arc you buy for $700 is there's a sticker on this box that says certified refurbished. It's not refurbished though, everything is just like from factory. This has been my experience so far with all Sonos refurbs. I have a theory that once Sonos end up with too much stock (because they're extremely overpriced), instead of making a big fire sale and devaluing their product, they slap a refurbished sticker on the box and sell it as certified refurbished. They get to offload their overpriced stuff for cheap and technically they never sold their premium stuff below retail. $250 for new Sonos Arc is insane value. Has to be lowest price ever. Previous best price I think was directly from Sonos for $400 for certified refurbished.

I'm certain you are correct, these are all brand new with a 'refurbished' sticker so they can quickly offload them at a steep discount.

According to Walmart, they sold ~2k of them woot

For Sonos, I do think there is value in creating a lot of new customers, I'm now looking to add a sub to enhance the sound Wink

I bought their sub 3 refurb directly from Sonos a few months back for $409. It's oos now, but keep checking, it may come back in stock.

How do I hook up with cable box, get the built in programs on Samsung NEO 8F tv. When I tried set up with eARC on another older soundbar, had to set up w optical to get sound quality n EITHER the cable box content or the built in Samsung, otherwise I was only getting cable box program sound, even when Samsung video playing. Help. Was told using optical, wouldn't get Atmos sound. Help!

Mine didn't even have a refurb sticker on it. No coupon for the mount though.
