The price at 90019 is $149 my store is $159 which explains the total price difference
1. The table with the storage bins can only connect on two sides to the ones without (e.g. wider not longer). The older models could connect on any side.
2. They don't have a great way of being hung up when not in use unlike its competitors.

I've had one (without the bins) for a could years now. It comes in really handy.
