I could not find linear measurements for this, but by judging from pictures and that it has 3 compartments, it has got to be more than 27L volume. My guess is that it is way smaller than it looks

I have this bag, fits both my 15.6 inch work laptop and my surface pro laptop. It also holds wires etc well and a few notebooks. A really nice commuter bag.

I am surprised it's $90, I wouldn't think that was the deal price but I got mine years ago.

Anything 20l or over should have a hip belt. An internal frame if possible.

Absolutely not, maybe for over 45L. Otherwise, those additions would make bags bulky, unwieldy, heavier, and would take away ease of just picking up bags for everyday casual carryon.

You can carry a lot of things in a 20l bag. 20l gets heavy really really fast. Even 10l backpack can get very heavy.
Hip belt and internal frame prevent your back from getting stress out or damaged. Personally all should have at the very least hip belt.

What does a Wenger backpack have to do with the Thule?
