I bought my ultra 1 refurb on a slick deal here. The battery health is at 86% today and I it shipped December 29th 2023 with a 100% battery health, for anyone who needs this kind of information.

This refurb Apple Watch Ultra 2 stands out as a rugged, oversized smartwatch with strong battery health for the price, and it is very close to the Ultra 3 in everyday use. The premium refurb tier is described as better than 90 percent battery health, while excellent is 80 percent, and reported units have arrived anywhere from 92 percent to 100 percent with no scratches or visible wear. The main drawback is size, since it is noticeably bulkier than a normal watch and may feel too large for smaller wrists. It is a solid fit if you want the Ultra design without paying full retail.

  • Apple Watch buyers who want strong battery health in a refurb, because units have arrived with 92% to 100% battery health.

    ChirsfAhasun_Habiboharag1Loxias

  • Guys who work out occasionally, because the larger case feels bulky on a normal wrist but offers a rugged smartwatch shape.

    msch

  • Owners reusing larger Apple Watch bands, because 42mm, 44mm, and 46mm bands fit the Ultra case.

    frugee

  • Shoppers comparing it to a newer model, because the main upgrade gap is battery life and faster charging rather than a dramatic redesign.

    EldenArgentum

  • Women with smaller wrists, because the case is noticeably bulkier than a normal watch and may be too big.

    msch

  • People who want to store lots of music and photos locally, because usable media space is capped at roughly 25% of total capacity.

    DontTaxBeer

  • Wearers who rely on smaller Apple Watch bands, because 38mm, 40mm, 41mm, and smaller 42mm bands do not fit the Ultra case.

this is one of the best deals I've ever seen on here but I already bought an used ultra 2 a few months ago. It is very similar to the ultra 3 which retails for $800 (has had sales recently). I'll point out that it's noticeably bulkier than the normal watch and likely too big for most women, but if you're a guy who works out from time to time I'd recommend.

~$305 with the prime card is insane

Yes. Premium guarantees a better than 90%+ battery health. Excellent is 80%+

Very insightful! Will probably add mine to my applecare one plan to lock in on battery issues - though yours seems remarkable 🤔

I did watch videos on how to make the watch last 2-3 days. Could be a part of it.

i'll pass. Apple imposes a media storage limit, capping the amount of space you can use for music and photos at roughly 25% of the total capacity.

Just for comparison - bought my Ultra 2 Jan 31 2024 (probably from an eBay deal) and it has 92% health. Amazing considering this was also a refurb.

Yes. All the below 'larger' case size bands fit Apple Watch Ultra 1 through 3 (current):

42mm (Series 0 through 3)
44mm (Series 4 through 6)
46mm (Series 10 to 11)

The 'smaller' Apple Watch series' bands don't fit AW Ultra: 38mm, 40mm, 41mm, 42mm (smaller Series 10).
