We bought it for the bedroom and eventually ended up moving it to the living room because the air noise at night was intolerable to me. It's like a high-pitched version of white noise, it sounds like it's hissing at you. It's not super loud, but the tone itself was just not pleasing. In the living room we don't really notice it.
The app could be better too — the scheduler is pretty weak and the ability to limit oscillation range clearly exists because you can do it on their air purifiers in the app, but not for this one.
It looks cool but I don't think I'd buy it again.

Biggest annoyance is that the two arms oscillate but you cannot have one arm going up while the other goes down you can only turn the oscillation for each side on or off.
There is the option to put an air filter inside the base but it's another 20 dollars, I wish this came with it.
DREO is the king of fans atm, can be had relatively cheap, under 100$. Vornado has gone downhill

Downside of these fans, if you actually want to push as much air as a tower fan you're gonna deal with a lot of high pitched noise. Low power, they're whisper quiet but really don't do much at more than 5 feet away.
