They do that for the US world cup. Since January to now, the shake has always been $2.50 by default.

Will be interesting to see if they do it again for U.S. vs Turkey this Thursday. Will be a night game and the one near me is open until early hours of the morning. Will they do it from the end of game to close on Thursday or will they do it for all of the day Friday?

I had two different experiences as well.
In January, I never received the chocolate Statue of Liberty, but a cherry. I do received the SL for one of the $0.25 promotions, I think US vs. Australia game.
