The size refers to the mask size, not the head size. Typically, you would be "fit" tested to determine what size fits your face, not your head. Ideally you would also need to go through a physical to determine if it is safe to wear an air purifying respirator. Some people have underlying health issues that precludes them from wearing an APR due to the breathing restriction.

Alot of these are knockoffs, spent hours researching last month. Should be absolutely illegal to counterfeit something like this. People have done tests and the knockoffs did basically nothing. The only option was to pay up and buy one of the newer models, that they havent been able to counterfeit yet
