Almost $100! I've been seeing posts for stuff under $15. What makes this special or worth the money?

It's a full android device with access to google's play store. If you just want to do wireless carplay or android auto, this is overkill. This is for people who want to not only have those features, but also to be able to display anything the google play store to offer. So, want to watch netflix, plex or disney on your car's screen, this should be able to do it. Should also let you play games, or anything else you can do on an android device. It's essentially a tablet that uses your car's monitor as a screen.

I don't have the device, but I'm sure it's going to have all the same quarks that every other wireless carplay or android auto device has. You'll also be limited to the device's CPU on what games you can play. Finally, I believe the android device in this thing needs to use your phone as a hotspot to be able to stream movies, play games, download stuff, etc.

Again, don't get this if you just want to use wireless carplay or android auto.

I have this device. I don't like using it though. You have to use a hotspot to play Netflix or YouTube on it. No direct connect from phone which is strange I thought.

That's a lot of extra features but pretty much unnecessary since people using AA or Carplay have a smartphone.
